As fans and draft analysts ourselves, all we can really do is watch film and see measurables in players. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to sit down with these guys multiple times and assess their mental makeup. Its even hard for us to get all the wonderlic scores. Its up to the teams to get it right, as they have all the resources. The Rams messed up badly drafting Robinson.
