I think many of us remember what the Saints were before Payton got there. They were fondly labelled the "AINTS", a team that never got remotely close to a SB, never mind winning one.
Sure, we can roll the dice with another assistant HC or college guy, and we may get lucky. My view is that the odds of success are better with Payton.
Agree...... at least we know the Rams offense will never be boring again and would be a godsend for Goff's development.
He's creeping up my list.
If we can get him for a 4th and some cash.... do it!!!
