I don't think Goff is even an NFL quality starting QB. Borderline backup. He has BUST written all over him. They may go 0-16 next year if Goff is the starting QB in 2017.
That may be a blessing in disguise if they get the # 1 pick in 2018 and choose USC's Sam Darnold.
