The glaring issue I see is Free Agency.
We have needs that can't be addressed by the draft (OT) and 4 other major needs with only 2 picks in the top 70. We may get lucky and score on both picks and another pick in the third, but it still leaves us "light" by one player.

Grabbing a WR like Robert Woods and bringing him home to the Coliseum would ease that drafting burden.
The DE and CB talent at 37 and 69 are high end starters. I already have my lists and it's just a deep high end year at both spots.
The question is ... can we wait till the 4th for a center ?

I suspect that the Rams are gonna be a bit more aggressive in FA this year. As in top tier player(s), maybe.
Might be deemed necessary if they want to make a big turnaround in their W/L record under the new regime.
Donald will surely be in their long range cap plans, but putting a winning and exciting team on the field will sure go a long way toward making Donald want to extend. And clearly, the fans are demanding a good product on the field. This is LA, so the Rams best be winners in '17...
If the right HC and GM are selected, I think they can pull this off.
