Personally the "best case" would be Eric DeCosta but it doesn't appear like he wants to leave the Ravens. He was my hope in 2012. Chris Ballard is best case realistic choice for me if we "actually" hire a football GM w/ real power.
As for the HC I want in this order Jim Harbaugh (not happening) David Shaw (also appears a no go but was at Rams HQ a few wks back)
So this brings me to Sean Payton Give up 2- mid rd picks over 2 years and let him hold Goff & Gurley.
