Hopefully, the Rams will hire both Kyle Shanahan (Head Coach) and Scott Pioli (GM) ASAP so they can start preparing (Draft, Free Agency, Salary Cap Issues, etc) for next season! I think they would be great additions to the Rams! I still prefer Sean Payton but in the overall picture Shanahan (And, Hopefully, His Dad as well!) Shanahan and Pioli might prove to be the best case scenario for the Rams!
