But let's look at this after three years.
I knew someone was going to say exactly what you said. And your point is valid ... and it isn't.
I look at as a
Five-year-five-round boxing match.... Goff gets a 4yr guaranteed contract and a fifth year if the team chooses pick up the option.
the OP's point is that the Titans won the round one of the match ... and it I doubt there is a valid argument otherwise.
Round Two is the 2017 season.
So yes I agree with you ... lets look at this after three years ... will the Rams win Round Three (2018) and if they do will they also win Round Four(2019) and Round Five (2020)
Ok merlin you say the glass if half full ... (again your view is valid) ... someone else says the glass is half empty ( valid point too) ....
I say the glass is too big ... ... my questions (which are every as bit as valid as the others) is:
#1: Is Goff ... FIVE draft picks better than Dak Prescott? Is there any QB who ever lived that is FIVE draft picks better than Dak Prescott?
#2: Lets regress into my "glass is too big" perspective ... and look at what happened 3 years ago ...
Blake Bortles was the 1st QB taken ... by the Jacksonville Jaguars ... and
IF the most desperate team needing a QB traded SIX draft picks for Bortles then the RAIDERS would not have Khalil Mack, Derek Carr, starting offensive guard Gabe Jackson, Amari Cooper, DT Mario Edwards Jr, and TE Clive Walford.
Who won Round Three for NOT trading SIX draft picks for Blake Bortles?... I don't think it was Jacksonville.
#3: What is the break-even point for trading SIX draft picks for a QB .... does making the playoffs justify the trade or does it take winning the Super Bowl to consider the trade worthwhile ... or somewhere in between? (where in between?)
I want this guy wearing Horns: Jordan Westercamp
the video doesn't show how good his hands really are. I think he can be the next Danny Amendola.... with Chris Carter's hands... and then some.
