In the interest of accuracy this isn't totally true: 'Tennessee used one of their picks (15) from the Rams to select Jack Conklin (rt) who has become a stud already for them.'
Here's the scoop: 'The Titans gave up their first-round pick (No. 15) and a third-rounder (No. 76) plus a 2017 second-round pick in exchange for Nos. 8 and 176 (in the sixth round). ' [

In reality the Titans had to use a 2nd and a 3rd in addition to the 1st they got from the Rams in order to pick Conklin.
And in case any one is interested. the player actually picked with the Rams original 1.15 is Corey Coleman (by the Cleveland Browns). Coleman has played in 8 games so far and currently has 26 catches on 60 targets for 358 yards and 3 TDs.
(And now my wild speculation: if the Rams hadn't moved up for Goff it's entirely possible that the Rams could have traded up to number 8 (just like the Titans did), picked Conklin at that spot ... and Conklin would already be a bust according to some on this board.)
