So you have a young, aggressive HC? offensive guy, A guy in his Dad with the NFL connections(but not GM duties)
and a new GM. Maybe the best to hope for. DeMoff goes upstairs to hold Stan's money and does the cap/contracts.
IMO if this were to happen, Mike will still be a big part of the teams personnel moves, which would in turn limit your GM some. I could be wrong but I highly doubt you would ever land a guy like DeCosta in this scenario. I'm not saying he is the best thing out there but he's been as highly coveted for GM positions around the NFL as much as anyone over the years. He would need more control. Now this scenario would be perfect for a guy like Les Snead and it's why I believe he will stay with the organization.
