Coaching can make a big difference with a QB.

Cousins has obviously benefited from being coached up. He looks fundamentally together and prepared for any situation that comes up.

This is what I loved about Mike Martz, was his ability to coach up players and prepare them and put them in position to use their talent. I think while it may be a little risky hire because of his inexperience with life, it has a huge upside because of the success the Redskins have had on maximizing offensive talent.
