Agree with keying in on the statement that the play calling get's guys open. It's called a scheme and we haven't had an offensive one in years.
Sounds like this guy is a young Mike Martz, and hopefully with Wade Phillips he can mostly focus on the offensive production.
Defnitely think that Fired Coaches support group could be the difference in him being ready at a young age. I would make the analogy of playing online poker. Kids now play 10,000 hands in only a few months when it used to take guys years to play that many in person and gain the experience.
