The guy fits the bill, and he's done a nice job playcalling for a couple years. Age or not, he's gonna be a head coach soon.
I'd be good with it. Only caveats for me are that they're top offensive minds as demonstrated by production on the field, known to be detailed teachers, and have a good grasp of outscheming opponents by using defensive rules against them. We need that skill set desperately.
Stan has a lot of really nice options this offseason. He's gonna have a heckuva time choosing between them IMO and that's why I think he'll go with McD who has familiarity. But most of them with a front office built around them is the way to go.
