I don't really like the discussion of "we need an offensive minded coach." I mean I get it- it's the worst offense in the league. And it has to be a HC that can develop Goff and fix the OL. But I'm also not ok with a coach that gets the offense scoring 24-25 ppg but ends up with a bad defense (see 2000).
Discipline and accountability is what the organization lacks and needs. Whether that's an offensive or defensive minded coach. Start there.
