Adam Gase has helped Tannehill tremendously, Jim Bob Cooter has been a God send for Stafford.
So an offensive minded coach with solid experience working with qb's might be the way to go.
Kyle appears to be an aggressive play caller, can design plays that maximize the talent of his players.
I see him doing special things with Julio to get him open.
I like what he's done with Taylor Gabriel and that makes me think he might be able to resurrect Tavon's career.
I like the way he schemed the Rams defense and exposed their weaknesses even w/o his top two threats at receiver.
He has worked with a lot of qb's over the years seemingly getting the best from them.
Heck he even made Matt Schaub look like a real nfl qb.
I don't know if he's a leader, if he's mature enough (37) or stubborn in that he's married to his scheme, but I will find out.
Jessie Tuggle is a very good friend of mine and I have a call into him.
We'll see what he says.
Best,
Laram
