I think (hope) Kroenke realizes this was a total organization failure (as Demoff said) and that he expects a complete reboot by whoever he hires.
It's much easier to design a winning product with a clean sheet of paper. It costs more short term but long term it's the most cost effective path.
I think EVERYONE is gone.
And was it only me who noticed that it was the first time I heard a statement from Kroenke that made reference to the Rams winning the SB?
