I happen to be one of those who thinks player development was sorely lacking. Meaning: we have players on the roster who can play much better than we've seen from them. I'd like to think the new coaching staff capable of making that determination - it worries me that a coach would come in with the mindset of "gotta tear it down and start again"... that would, to me, indicate not a very keen eye for hidden talent and also a lack of confidence in their own coaching ability.
I have no idea which candidates do or don't fit with my opinions.... all to varying degrees, I would imagine... and I'd be for the one most confident that he is capable taking the 'heart' of this current team and making them winners. - JamesJM
