RFIP
You hit the nail in the head. He only throws when he wants to 90% of the time. And when he "has to" throw his legs have gotten him out of some situations while safer play calling has too.
Also his splits with and without Dez are just striking. Without Dez he's Keenum-lite (save for the ints of course).
Make no mistake his OL, RB & Dez have made this as safe a landing spot for any QB as there is in the league. This actual reminds me a LOT of Ben's rookie year tbh.
W/o Dez they were undefeated and he spread the ball around better.
Plus Dak and Cole Beasley were a deadly little combination.
A wr the caliber of Dez would help any qb, but DAk was pretty good without him!!
They are WAY worse without Dez. Undefeated tells me little about the QB and more about the team, OL and RB.
Don't get me wrong he's good but if he was on the Browns lol we would be hearing about when he's coming off IR.
R.I.P. Nelson aka TonyHunter87 1971 - 2017 far too soon..
Your last words to me: "Your a great guy RFIP. I was very sad when you left the board, and your son, but was glad to see you back. Take care my friend, may God be by your side." 09/09/2017 12:58AM
No Nelson, you were a far better man than I, and I am sure an awesome husband and father as well. I will miss you my friend. -RFIP
