everything Goff did was fine...cept he made a
bad throw(behind Quick).
A QB's feet are constantly resetting to establish a good passing platform. Sometimes, during a play you can keep that platform...other times - not so much.....
as QBs have to slide off and make an off-platform throw. Farvre did it all the time so do many of the great QBs
(Rogers, Romo, etc).
Nothing is perfect in the heat of battle....and QBs often do NOT get to step into the throw like they teach it...
in fact, I'd say,
more times than not, QBs are forced to throw off balance or in less than ideal positioning.
There's no bad mechanics there...it's all about making the throw...and Goff
missed it on that play. imo
