I think Fisher gives Boras, and his other guys, autonomy. He's delegating.

But Boras panics IMO and decides to take that out of the plan too early.

A better OL and QB would tell a different tale. I'm just pointing out that IMO he should be a little bit more patient, and make more of an effort to get the ball to the two best guys on the offense.
