During NE game, commentators knew when it was pass/run.

Every time the Rams were in the shotgun or pistol, the commentator (Spielman?) would say: "This is another pass play." I mean EARLY in the game. If he can see it from the booth, I imagine Belichek might be able to cipher that out in film study.
