He isn't saying who called, and as hyper critical as he has been and all why wouldn't he take a chance to bash someone that he has publicly slammed over and over. This was a perfect set up for him. He has been over the top. Way more than Bernie ever was, and Bernie never got banned from a Rams function and had a media pass on game day right?

He won't say who it was that called him, but will say that Demoff was behind the call. I find that a bit odd.

A couple of things here. Not one player has taken to social media that I have heard on this board on any other saying one word about this and that makes me wonder if it's either made up or we are going to hear "there was a miscommunication", which is backtrack speak ala "I took a supplement that was tainted" when a player gets whacked for PED's.

Also, "sources" said it was someone powerful, this is TMZ reporting correct? What is their source other than Dickerson? Because they said they have reached out to the Rams and not heard back. The only other "source" would be Dickerson himself. Dickerson claims his "honesty" is making players uncomfortable according to someone with the Rams who called him. That's a bit of window treatment IMO. He's been bashing pretty hard, and didn't he say the Rams had a QB controversy or something like that not long ago? This is the "we have been hearing"/"people are saying" crap that isn't difficult to flesh out.

Sports media.....gotta love it. I hope Dickerson doesn't become part of this "news" cycle/style that ESPN has created.
