This situation reminds me of several years back when Devaney was asked about the health of Adam Carriker and several other players.
Devaney spoke about every player BUT Adam Carriker.
It was posted on the board, and my interpretation of that was "That's it Carriker is toast in ST Louis".
Three days later Carriker was traded to the Skins.
I'm going on record again.
Stan deferring that question to Demoff is to fold.
One he is following protocol, Demoff handles all contracts and is the liaison between the owner and management.
Secondly, Demoff is very diplomatic and will handle that question without saying anything at all.
Bottom line, any extension for Snead and Fisher is on hol pending the outcome of the season.
