We go and draft X we draft Y we go and get Z.....How long does it take for them to do something.....Todd surprised people and made ROY...but since how has he improved?.....Haverstein came out last year..how has he improved......Come on....yes players are a spot to elevate play....they need to do it..but we keep getting players year after year....the coaches stay....we are in the same place we always are.....players come..new players come in...the main coaches stay....please be real.....I know that Lance dropped a pass for a TD...this team has more problems then just pointing out a single thing....
We make yards and it's brought back by a penalty...the players make the penalties....but the coaches IMO are there to STOP those things.......I keep hearing HC saying we are working on it...then the assistants say the same thing...then the players say it...and guess what we do it again and again.
Let's go from that and look at who we develop...how long does it take..why is it that it seems it takes for ever for anyone to develop?
Seems to me you are in the idea that the players are the fault..we pick poor players...if you are right then so am I...because good coaches would not pick poor players...but it may be that we pick good players but have no staff to develop them.....
