You don't think at all that coaching is involved with this problem?.....Yet again it looks like they just use a guy on what he did in college and try to make that into a pro player.......the guy has talent....but they just IMO make them into robots......run here and do it...or the guy never had the ability to see an area that's stuffed and pop it out.....IMO we have talent but no coaches taking a guy from x to the next level...
On D that's a different thing....they have coaches....the O doesn't.....Boo is worthless...just because a guy lives in the league means nothing......he lives on his name...his actual progress with players is zip....We develop nothing across the board....IMO the players who do well would do just as well anywhere in the league......AD would be good anywhere....Hecker would be good anywhere..
IMO this team stays the same because we draft potential and just use it for what they do out of college....a couple of guys go forward.....but overall there is no actual coaching available for them to make the next step......they become so-called busts......they take for ever to do things.....across the board they all take for ever to do something, sometimes they don't even do that...
IMO stop looking at the players and see who has been around longer.....why do we have certain problems that as we keep drafting those spots we have the same problem.....you get players but the coaches stay......the players all do the same thing...the coaches stay....IMO it's right there...look at that ....
