Coupled with the atrocious run blocking Gurley can not get it going. Lots of time when there are defenders in the backfield right after he gets the ball.
Said it yesterday and will say it again:
Opposing teams know that CK is way too inconsistent to beat them.
He is just not good enough to force teams to go away from gearing up to stop Gurley and the running game.The other teams will give up the sporadic good gainer in the air because they know CK will eventually and more often than not will make the killer mistake sooner or later to stall a drive or make a turnover.
