The Rams offense has run so few, well, running plays of late. Why the heck would you put the ball in Keenum's hands and throw it 50+ plus times? It's not like the team was down 30 points in either of their losses lately.
Yes, the running game has suffered. But I also think you have stick with it more. Both the OL and the running back sometimes take awhile to get into a rhythm. Usually with more rushing attempts it pays dividends later in the game.
Just don't understand the fascination with throwing the ball so much. It's Case Keenum, not Kurt Warner back there for the Rams now.
