It's not at all that I'm wishing he'd rip Kendricks in a press conference. Of course not. But when you're clearly bottom 2-3 in the league in offense something should change. Something should send a message that accountability matters. The best coaches in the league demand this. Frankly, when Austin fielded that first punt at the 1-yard line and was tackled at the 3 I'd have taken him off PR for the rest of the game. If that drop by Kendricks had been earlier in the game I'd have made Higbee the primary TE the rest of the day.

If not Goff starting now, something should change on offense. Shouldn't it? If not now, then that to me is a real failure of leadership.

Well, to be fair, lance has had a pretty good year and I don't think killing him publicly for that drop is going to help much. Higbee is still raw and making mental mistakes..he ran right into coverage yesterday where Case had to throw it away, Case got the blame, but Higbee blew that play.

Problem is there are too many players that deserve a seat on the bench right now.
