It's not at all that I'm wishing he'd rip Kendricks in a press conference. Of course not. But when you're clearly bottom 2-3 in the league in offense something should change.
Something should send a message that accountability matters. The best coaches in the league demand this. Frankly, when Austin fielded that first punt at the 1-yard line and was tackled at the 3 I'd have taken him off PR for the rest of the game. If that drop by Kendricks had been earlier in the game I'd have made Higbee the primary TE the rest of the day.
If not Goff starting now,
something should change on offense. Shouldn't it? If not now, then that to me is a real failure of leadership.
