For a plethora of reasons.
1. Fishhead still thinks the Rams are in it
2. He and Snead both feel that Keenum gives them the best chance to win
Couple those two reasons with the fact that Goff is far from ready equals.....
Keenum continues to play until they have been mathematically eliminated!!!!
