I know people will scream and it's big money, but maybe they should take a cue from the NCAA and stop selling beer at games. maybe not let in anyone who's visibly intoxicated either. Every week on deadspin there are cell videos of fights in the stands, beat downs in the parking lots. You see drunk fans falling over railings. I've been to a fair number of games in the past and it's no fun negotiating piles of vomit in the exit ramp.

I don't know, maybe the league should be thinking about the next generation of fans and the true gameday experience.

One thing that would keep me from spending big money on game tix (besides a lousy team) is being surrounded by drunken idiots. Sorry, I'm not gonna drop $500 + dollars to explain to my kid why a middle aged men feel the need to scream at each other.
