IMHO - he was brought in for 3 reasons.

1. Get the team out of the gutter (no small task).
2. Prepare the team, and over see the move to L.A. (perfect coach for the job).
3. Turn the L.A. Rams from a 'middle of the road' team, into a winning franchise (he has stalled at 'middle of the road').

So, he succeeded in the first 2. But seems to have hit a wall with #3.

The Rams will not grow with Keenum & this OL. It is the PERFECT time to insert Goff, and let him have his growing pains now ala Eli. I am hoping on top of hope that he is not as dumb as 'not knowing where the sun comes up' (good god).

Snisher needs to come to grips with the fact that they've failed with GRob. And the only way of salvaging that mistake (somewhat) is in the hopes that he becomes a top 5 guard.

#1 off-season priority is now a quality LOT, and 1-A is a #1 WR. And we will not get either in the 2017 draft.
