Frontiere set the tone for this franchise long ago.

Kroenke wants to change the culture of the team to winning but he was tasked by the opportunity to move to LA.

Kroenke is a thinking owner and businessman and considers all his options.

If Fisher who is now not protected by the move does not turn it around I feel Kroenke will act on it and fire him.
