Austin Davis - no

Case Keenum - no

Sean Mannion - no, wait, maybe, eh no

He either doesn't believe he needs a good QB, or he hasn't really ever developed a good QB outside of Steve McNair. And he is what I (IMO) would call and outlier. Either way I have zero faith he can develop a QB. But I would love for him to prove me wrong.
