The most ready QBs coming out of college are QBs (for the most part) that come out of pro style offenses at the college level. OL are the same way. By and large, even the somewhat less physically gifted OL have more immediate success if they come out of a pro style offense at the college level. The Rams are fixated on the pure athleticism of a player like Robinson or Jason Smith, but the technical advancement of guys coming from schools that are more pro style give them distinctive advantages coming into the league.
