Pick sixes and bad sacks. Stuff a rookie QB will do. And really looks to be a one read and dump guy.
Has he been doing that at a high rate?
What are the percentages? (Either way I don't see all the sacks as "bad." Sometimes a guy gets sacked.)
Does the percentage of THOSE (few albeit costly) plays out weigh the percentage of "big play" plays?
Because sometimes I think people get this blackhole trauma memory thing where bad memories suck in and crush all other memories. I always remember the good plays too.
So for example when was the last time you saw a Rams qb duck under the pass rush and run toward the LOS launching a gainer to a receiver...the way CK did with Quick in the Buffalo game? What I am talking about is the Houdini mobility thing. That was a good play.
Oh and I firmly believe that a rookie in this offense would make Keenum look like Brady in comparison. That's just what I believe.
Either way, what the coaches are doing with when it comes to Goff is whether they think HE is READY. Keenum making some bad plays in the middle of 5 games is not going to make Goff MORE ready. He is ready or he isn't, and they are in a position to know.
