He is potentially a good #2 and would be very good 3 or 4 . He would bring a deep strike ability as well as another athletic presence in the red zone.
Like you said I don't think you would break your bank signing him but I would checkout his medical report thoroughly because he is fairly slight and Has been banged up now and then going back to his college days. But he may have gotten past that recently.
