Yeah, I thought about the injury issue as well so I checked out his stats which revealed that, for the past three seasons, Woods has played in 14, 16, and 14 games. It appears as though he had to shut it down early last season when it was revealed that he'd been playing with a torn groin muscle which required surgery. But I don't think those #'s would technically qualify him to be an injury risk. Banged up? Yeah, I can buy that. But far from what I'd call injury-prone.
But I'm interested to see how he fairs this season as Buffalo's primary outside receiving threat.
