But they didn't expect to have any trouble with the Niners, they thought they were playing a push over and they were surprised at what Kelly did. They thought they were on a pleasurable road trip and that the Niners would play like they did last year. The same thing happened to the Vikings last year in SF on opening day.

If this game were in Buffalo we are talking something totally different. And the Rams just saw the Bills dismantle the Patriots. They aren't taking them lightly.
