You and your dad's points are sound however i dont think we have to worry about eliminating Mannion because he might play at a higher level than Goff next year.
If Goff hasn't developed completely by that time to be The equal of Mannion and Keennen then shame on us..we didn't bring him up right because he (Goff) clearly has the talent, but I don't think you rid yourself of another competent talent out of fear He'll outshine your million dollar baby.
Watered down talent for that type of reason would only weaken the team.
