The Rams ran one play action play (according to someone I read after the game) against the Whiners. PLay action should be bread and butter.
Throw a bomb or two EVERY QUARTER to loosen up the tight coverage stuff.
Get Gurley in space. The heck with getting TA in space - get Gurley into the open field (maybe running deep routes or some kind of crossing route where a WR/TE gets tangled up with Gurley's defender).
Don't play nickel against 2 TE sets.
Get Gaines, Cooper and Spruce ready to play and use them.
