Tough question, what do the Ram's do to prepare for the Hawks?

September 13, 2016 07:55PM
Tough question because you're going to be tempted, and some WILL, answer by saying, "nothing they can do".

But this is football, it's sports, and you never surrender.

So what, specifically, do you think the Ram's can do to give them their best chance? Serious question... can't stop you from saying 'nothing' but that ain't what I'm looking for. Personnel changes? Different plays... if so what, specifically? D as well.

Personally I don't think there is much they can do personnel-wise although I would like to see Mannion. I'd like to see them go vertical in the passing game, and far more often... they have to get it down - I don't see how it can hurt any worse.

DB's still look to me to be playing 'soft'... but I didn't re-watch the game. Gut impression coming up... those of you who watched the game again, or paid closer attention during the game, might not agree with this - seems to me our LB's are playing 'pass' first every play and with far too much hesitation to react to the run... (could simply be very poor reading). - JamesJM
