Fish lost this team for cutting the kid who had a girl in his room. I'm a young man in my early 20's and my coach tells me no women? Glad to move on. Seriously, Fish talks about knowing everything Nd tells his team to trust him. He dies weird things like cancelling practices and barely plays his starters all PS. He tries to be pals with his players. It doesn't work with these young players. They are looking for a tough father figure to show them the way not some weird step uncle showing them the past. I really do think it's time for a change. Need a former QB as HC who can coach Goff and put a team around him and Gurley. Fish and GW have done a pretty good job putting together a defense, but the offense has been a second priority to him. Even if he can get this team retracked
I don't see his version of football coaching working today. Many of his wins have come on weird trick plays. Punters passing. We need to put together a consistent team that knows what it can do and executes without meltdowns.
And Fisher isn't bringing that.
