He came out with his nonsensical plan to swap backup QB's in week 2, where Mannion ostensibly goes from #2 to #3 and not dressing and Goff goes from #3 to #2 and dressing based on no particular reason other than trying to soften the optics of Goff not even dressing for opening night.
He got firmly behind Keenum as his starter.
Now we see yet again (not sure why anybody needed more evidence) that Keenum is an NFL backup at best and cannot and will not elevate this offense. He seriously needs to consider starting Mannion until Goff is ready, but how does he do that when he went on record as arbitrarily making Mannion the 3rd string QB and Goff the backup for next week's game against Seattle?
Fisher's penchant for making political rather than purely football related choices has limited his options again.
