I think when people say pro ready there really isn't such a thing and what they really mean is ability to learn and play the pro style game. With Goff it's going to take more time than some people may have wanted but the potential/upside with him was greater than the other guys.

Not many people want to hear this but we need to remember that Fisher brought McNair along very, very slowly. I don't think he will go that slowly with Goff but he may not play a lot this year either. That possibility is kinda real.
