Garrett and Linehan have much more experience than what the Rams have coaching the QB.
Believe it or not that doesn't necessarily make them better.
When the 99 Rams played the Ravens in game one of 99, Billik and Cavanaugh had much more experience coaching offense than Martz.
I would accept "G and L are more experienced coaches," than Boras, Groh, and Weinke, not necessarily automatically "better."
Meanwhile Fisher has more experience coaching than Linehan and Garrett combined.
In 99, Martz had experience coaching up Trent Green in Washington. They also had John Ramsdell who was a pretty good QB coach.
Fisher does have more experience coaching than Linehan and Garrett combined but the number of losses for Fisher is near a historic record.
