They showed the replay and that did not appear to be the case. ALSO, there was no yardage applied to the penalty except that the ball came out to the 20. Never saw that before. And Bogar was very direct when he said "illegal touching of a punt
INSIDE THE FIVE YARD LINE..." which made the whole call even weirder to me. Below is the call in text form from the play book.
