Goff hasn't been the disaster some have made him out to be. In fact, I'd say he's been "encouraging but raw", is how I'd put it.
But yeah if it weren't for his physical talent, I'd put the mental abilities of Mannion in front of him. I definitely put the poise of Keenum in front of him right now, and think Keenum gives us the best chance to win. I don't see how this is an especially amazing revelation, assuming it's true.
