I think their long-term plan is for Goff to be the future starter and Mannion to be a good, inexpensive #2. Keenum is a free agent so he’s gone next year especially if he does well. He also won’t be inexpensive.
Besides they wouldn't get anything higher than a 3rd round pick so where's the incentive for them?
