My choice would be Urban Meyer if the Rams could get him. But I doubt it. He has the same advantage as Harbaugh in the college ranks.

Harbaugh didn't want to leave the NFL to begin with. I will bet he'll be back because he has the kind of ego that wants to conquer the biggest challenge at the highest level. And I have no doubt he'd love to come back in a situation where he could stick it to the 49ers.

I also don't think he'll necessarily have to wear both hats, but I'd rather have him doing that than Fisher. He never said he wanted to be the GM, he just doesn't want to be saddled with a knucklehead like Trent Baalke.

Urban Myer is a college coach, not an NFL style coach. He would most likely be another Chip Kelly or Steve Spurrier.
