As for me I'm 6'4" 235 lbs, best shape of my life (just finished my 2nd triathlon last month) but by the National Institute of Health standards I'm overweight.
I realize that there is an acceptable range around the standard depending on actual body fat, waist size, etc. but are you telling me that if you added an inch to your height and a full 100 pounds to your weight there is any way you'd be finishing triathlons and in the best shape of your life? You have a current BMI calc of 28.6. GRob has a BMI calc of almost 40. That's off the charts.
The Rams are saying he's got a weight problem. He is saying he has a weight problem . You don't have a weight problem. I get that. He is, by definition, not fit.
